		<description>Excellent post, Tim. For businesses in the UK, the local Chamber Of Commerce can be really helpful with this kind of stuff too but your article really cut through the legal jargon.

It's worth noting that a lot of the information you cover should also be present in company emails, even automatically generated ones. Anything that legally has to go on the company letterhead for snail mail must be in emails too.</description>
